Catch the Rhythm
Rhythm is not something we wait to feel or force on our own. It is the pace God has already set over every season of our lives, and the Spirit helps us stay in step with it. We declare, by faith, that we will not move to our own beat, but will stay in step with the season and Spirit God has given us. His season keeps us steady; His Spirit moves us forward.

Consecration Fast, Phase 6 · August 10–14
Join us for Week 6 of the Consecration Fast, Monday, August 10 through Friday, August 14, as we come together in prayer, fasting, and spiritual renewal.
Prayer times
Morning prayer daily at 6 a.m. — dial 412-924-6969, access code 218631. Pray individually at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Choose your fast
- Soul Fast — refrain from television, social media, secular music, and technology.
- Daniel Fast — vegetables, fruits, and water only; no alcoholic beverages.
Hours
- 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. for those with medical or dietary restrictions.
- 24 hours for others.
Please consult your physician before beginning a fast.
